Now gabling is mostly help in a negative light and understandably when peoples life’s are being ruined by addicts who cant get enough of the thrill of winning. Now people like this can be seen as a cash cow, the idea of this that these type of people is where the company make most of their money. Gambling is an 5% chance of it actually being able to make it work, but for gambling to be profitable people need to lose so for example you bet £100 and so does another 5 people meaning total pot is £500 and you win £200 that means some people most definitely lost money and what’s worth the company or business that supplies this also will take a cut of the money most the time taking the most winnings. So is gambling worth it from a financial/ career point of view, umm probably not mean I’m sure you’d give it your best shot then probably you other half might also shot you when you lose all that money.

However there is a tactic that can make you a lot of money and obviously it isn’t liked by Casinos and betting shops as it is seen as risk free, this is because you don’t leave everything to chance you take mathematical equations and work that into how likely you’ll get a win. You can also do the famous Card Counting which is hated by Casino’s as this is classed as cheating although many say it shouldn’t as card counting allows you to know what to bet on and what not to bet on allowing for maximum profit but again 1 if you’re smart enough to do it and 2 make sure you don’t get caught but what do I say…. Make that money!

So is gambling worth it? I’d say it can be fun, its free money in a sense that you are okay with the chance of loosing some money along the way, but don’t think it’ll be there for you when you need it see gambling as I do, It’s a “good time” not a “gosh I need to be financial stable and gambling will help me time”.
